Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Field Deployment Engineer to join their Professional Services / Customer Enablement team. This position involves working with enterprise clients to implement integrations between the company's AI-driven workforce intelligence platform and their HRIS systems, such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience building integrations in Python and a solid understanding of integration design patterns. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and coding integrations in Python.
• Deep experience with at least one enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
• Solid understanding of integration design patterns, such as event-driven architecture.

This high-impact role involves working directly with enterprise clients to build and implement integrations between the company's workforce intelligence platform and their internal HRIS systems. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can navigate complex technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Building and implementing end-to-end integrations between the platform and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
• Partnering with enterprise clients to understand their HRIS architecture and define specific integration requirements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in close collaboration with client IT and HR operations teams.
• Documenting integration designs, data flows, and deployment configurations to ensure ongoing stability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience building and coding integrations in Python.
• Proficiency in implementing API‑based integrations, including both REST and SOAP.
• Deep experience with at least one enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
• A strong command of SSO and OAuth 2.0 (implementation experience, not just configuration).
• Solid understanding of integration design patterns, such as event‑driven architecture, ETL pipelines, and data transformation.
• Understanding of AI systems, including agentic frameworks and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise client teams to drive project success.
