Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking an HRIS Integrations Support Analyst to support and maintain integrations across HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards systems. This role will ensure accurate data flow and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in HRIS/system integrations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires being on site four days per week, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS or systems integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and recruiting data flows.
• Experience with integrations (SFTP, flat files, APIs).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and discrepancies.
• Maintain and validate data mappings and file transfers.
• Assist with integration builds and testing.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and data feeds for accuracy.
• Document integration processes and mappings.
