Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an HRIS Integrations Analyst to design, implement, monitor and maintain integrations between HRIS platforms and business applications. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and vendors to ensure secure data exchange across enterprise systems.

Preferred experience includes cloud HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM or ADP. Hybrid work with 3 in-person days across core locations, including Salisbury, NC.

Qualifications

• Reviews functional business requirements and proactively develops solutions.
• Proactively identifies system solutions and designs processes to improve data accuracy.
• Performs complex analytical tasks to identify root causes of errors in HR data.
• Recommends corrective actions and partners to implement them.
• Assesses efficient data management protocols to support business operations.
• Maintains HRIS data management processes and privacy considerations across HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for inbound/outbound integrations and SAP SuccessFactors enhancements.
• Develop detailed requirements and solution designs for enterprise HRIS initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis on complex issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and Brand partners for operational support and inquiries.
• Support configuration testing during maintenance, releases, and projects.
• Generate reports/extracts using HRIS tools for data analysis and research.
• Create and maintain integration and project documentation for continuous improvement.
