Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in HRIS, data management, analytics, or related field.
• Experience administering enterprise systems with configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Experience with HR/payroll data processing and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to lead staff and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR systems, data governance, reporting, and process improvement efforts.
• Supervise staff responsible for HR transactions, data management, and validation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external providers to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to inform decision making.
