Job summary

Grupo Eulen USA is seeking an HRIS Director to provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of the HRIS function across the organization. You will oversee architecture, optimization, and compliance of HR technology platforms, with UKG Pro as the current system.

You will ensure data integrity, enhance analytics, support payroll governance, and enable workforce planning while leading digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive HRIS leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of UKG Pro / Kronos is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics expertise.
• Experience in multi-state, high-volume workforce environments (aviation or facility services preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems (UKG Pro / Kronos and related new platforms).
• Oversee release management, system upgrades, testing, and integrations.
• Lead vendor management and third-party system relationships.
• Oversee payroll systems, ensuring proper measures are in place.
• Lead annual payroll audit preparation and compliance reporting.
• Translate workforce data into actionable business insights.
• Develop predictive analytics for labor forecasting and workforce planning.
• Lead system standardization across multi-state and airport operations.
• Define and execute the HRIS roadmap aligned with business growth and operational strategy.
• Establish system governance, controls, and compliance standards.
• Lead cross-functional HR technology initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
