Job summary

Grupo Eulen USA seeks an HRIS Director to provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of HR information systems, including architecture, optimization, compliance, and long-term sustainability of HR technology platforms, with UKG Pro as the current system.

The role leads the HRIS team and serves as the executive liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors, driving data integrity, analytics, and workforce planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing Payroll and HRIS within HR.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its advanced functions.
• In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro / Kronos is required.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems (UKG Pro / Kronos and related platforms).
• Oversee release management, system upgrades, testing, and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, controls, and validation processes.
• Lead vendor management and third-party system relationships.
• Oversee payroll systems, ensuring proper measures are in place.
• Lead annual payroll audit preparation and compliance reporting.
• Ensure federal, state, and aviation-specific regulatory compliance.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality standards.
• Design and enhance executive dashboards, HR scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Translate workforce data into actionable business insights.
• Develop predictive analytics for labor forecasting and workforce planning.
• Standardize metrics, definitions, and reporting enterprise-wide.
• Identify process automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Align HRIS workflows with recruiting, benefits, payroll, and operations.
• Support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead system standardization across multi-state and airport operations.
