Grupo Eulen USA is seeking an HRIS Director to provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of the HRIS function across the organization. You will oversee architecture, optimization, and compliance of HR technology platforms, with UKG Pro as the current system.
You will ensure data integrity, enhance analytics, support payroll governance, and enable workforce planning while leading digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.
The HRIS Director provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of the Human Resources Information Systems function across Grupo Eulen USA. This role is responsible for the architecture, optimization, compliance, and long-term sustainability of all HR technology platforms. UKG Pro is the current system in use.

This role leads the HRIS team and serves as the executive liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbents may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
This is largely a sedentary role and requires being able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally, the person in this position is required to move/traverse inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. The person in this position regularly communicates with others in person, by phone, or by correspondence. This position will also require walking across the airport/services for auditing reasons.
