Job summary
Sante Health System is seeking a technically oriented HRIS & Data Specialist to administer HRIS/HCM platforms, maintain workforce data, and generate reports. You will work with IT and vendors to ensure data integrity and effective HR technology utilization.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with HRIS systems. This onsite role in Fresno, CA offers opportunities to improve HR processes, automate workflows, and support organizational HR technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and systems experience may substitute for HRIS experience.
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support HRIS/HCM platforms and HR technology.
- Maintain workforce data including records, departments, locations, and reporting structures.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and dashboards for HR operations.
