The role requires strong data analysis, HR regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train staff on HRIS tools, with responsibilities spanning reporting, audits, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data integrity and system configurations.

• Assist with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
