Job summary

MWResource, Inc. seeks an HR Operations Analyst to manage employee data in HRIS and LMS, ensuring accuracy for transfers, promotions, and title updates. The role supports system configurations, governance, and audit readiness in partnership with HR and Finance.

The position requires a Bachelor's in HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with preference for Cornerstone LMS and Workday HRIS familiarity. On-site in Texas with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2+ years job-related work experience beyond degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee data changes in HRIS and LMS (transfers, promotions, compensation changes, title updates).
• Monitor data integrity through audits and analyses, identifying discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements.
• Partner with Finance on position creation, maintenance, and headcount alignment in HRIS.
• Support HRIS updates and testing, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, templates, and job aids for consistent data processing and training.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for HR audits and investigations.
