MWResource, Inc. seeks an HR Operations Analyst to manage employee data in HRIS and LMS, ensuring accuracy for transfers, promotions, and title updates. The role supports system configurations, governance, and audit readiness in partnership with HR and Finance.
The position requires a Bachelor's in HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with preference for Cornerstone LMS and Workday HRIS familiarity. On-site in Texas with competitive benefits.
The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of employee data within HRIS system, including job movement, compensation changes, and title updates. This role serves as a key point of contact for executing HR data transactions and supporting the HRIS systems, controls, and reporting that keep employee records accurate and compliant. The HR Operations Analyst partners closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent, and other HR functions to ensure data changes are processed efficiently and that the underlying systems, workflows, and controls supporting those changes remain reliable and audit ready.
The base pay range for this role is up to $45 per hour.
