Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve our HR technology environment, focusing on Dayforce HCM and Cornerstone LMS.

You will manage system data, reporting, integrations, and user support to ensure accuracy, security, and reliability across HR platforms. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to strengthen data governance, improve processes, and reduce manual work while enhancing the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS, LMS, HCM or related enterprise systems, including system administration, reporting, data governance, testing, and end-user support.
• Strong Excel skills and data governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dayforce and Cornerstone data including employee, organizational, job, position, reporting relationships, learning assignment and compliance training information.
• Support HRIS configuration, workflows, security roles, user access, testing, and deployment to ensure systems operate effectively with internal controls.
• Monitor Dayforce and Cornerstone interfaces, validate data flow, troubleshoot integrations with IT/vendors, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain HR, payroll, workforce, and learning reports, dashboards, audits, reconciliations, and exception reporting.
• Provide functional and technical support to HR system users, deliver user training, maintain process documentation and job aids.
