Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking an HR Specialist to support centralized HR systems, data reporting, and process improvements across multiple locations. You will be the central point of contact among HR, IT, and system vendors to resolve data issues and drive HR technology initiatives.

The role emphasizes HR data accuracy, reporting, system support, and operational efficiency, with responsibilities spanning dashboards, data audits, and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the central HRIS contact between HR, IT, and vendors.
• Coordinate HRIS tickets, SharePoint hubs, and self-service improvements.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, trends).
• Maintain and validate employee data across HR systems and org structures.
• Conduct HR data audits and coordinate corrections with Site HR teams.
• Develop HRIS SOPs and system documentation; provide user training.
