Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Manager to lead HR and workplace support for a manufacturing unit in Santa Clara. You will partner with business leaders, manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management and HR compliance, while overseeing site services and HR systems.

This role requires 6–8 years HR leadership in manufacturing, bilingual English plus Vietnamese or Mandarin preferred, onsite five days a week, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• 6–8 years HR experience with employee relations, investigations, coaching, performance and talent acquisition
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and rapid workforce growth
• Manufacturing/industrial HR leadership experience preferred
• Multi-site/global HR experience a plus
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD or equivalent certification preferred
• Proficient with ADP, HR reporting and MS Office
• Bilingual English plus Vietnamese or Mandarin preferred
• On-site five days per week
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for the business unit including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance and HR administration.
• Partner with leaders and Corporate HR to align HR strategies with business objectives, policies and programs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, workers’ compensation and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Support compensation planning, salary recommendations and workforce planning.
• Manage HR systems, employee records, reports and workforce metrics.
• Supervise HR and admin teams to ensure effective execution of HR programs and workplace support.
• Oversee workplace and administrative services, including vendor coordination and events.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
