The role focuses on high-volume and senior-level roles, utilizing ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all-level positions across functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based techniques.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Drive employer branding and represent the company at events.
