Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead HR and workplace support for a manufacturing business unit. You will guide leaders on investigations, performance, discipline, and policy interpretation, while driving recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and HR systems.

You will partner with corporate HR to implement aligned HR strategies, ensure compliance, and drive workforce planning and employee relations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in employee relations, investigations, coaching, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Experience managing high‑volume recruitment and rapid workforce growth.
• HR leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Experience in multi-site or global organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency with ADP, HR reporting, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with ability to influence leaders.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills; able to balance strategic and hands-on execution.
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese or Mandarin preferred.
• Onsite work five days per week and SHRM‑SCP / SPHR / CIPD or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for the business unit, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance and HR administration.
• Partner with business leaders and Corporate HR to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and policies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, investigations, performance, discipline, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Support compensation planning, salary recommendations, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage HR systems, employee records, reports and workforce metrics to support business decisions.
• supervise and coach HR and administrative teams to ensure effective execution of HR programs and workplace support.
• Oversee workplace services, vendor coordination, events, badge administration and site operations.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
