Responsibilities

• Answer employee inquiries and concerns.
• Serve as the contact to direct to HR.
• Enroll, update and terminate employees through Facial Recognition Security System.
• Issue and manage employee photo badges.
• Order, distribute, and keep inventory of office and production supplies.
• Maintain and update employee communication bulletin board.
• Assist front lobby visitors through intercom system.
• Implement visitor check-in procedures.
• Monitor office equipment maintenance.
• Sort and distribute employee paychecks and incoming mail.
