The role emphasizes governance, accurate ad-hoc reporting, and the design of HRIS training to support business needs and cost-effective HRIS operations.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of HRIS systems and processes.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports, including unemployment notices.
• Design training on HRIS and document data processing procedures.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and data extraction using Excel.
• Coordinate with IT on testing/upgrades and data governance.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection.
• Lead integrations with Paylocity, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR on system integrations.
• Create data governance data mapping.
• Oversee HR Operations workload.
