Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. HR Analyst to manage HRIS operations, ensure employee data integrity, and produce HR reports for compliance and strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with IT and Payroll to optimize integrations between Paylocity, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI, while upholding data governance standards. The role requires 3–5 years in HRIS/HR analytics, strong analytical skills, and experience with UKG Pro and Paylocity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data governance.
• Hands‑on experience with HR database administration.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of HRIS systems.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports and respond to unemployment notices.
• Design training on the HRIS system and document data processing procedures.
• Generate ad-hoc reports from multiple systems using Excel.
• Collaborate with IT on tests and upgrades for HRIS and related processes.
• Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
