Orgill is seeking an Analyst, HRIS (Data Analytics & Reporting) to transform raw HR data into actionable insights. You will manage complex dashboard requests, ensure data integrity, and support HR processes with accurate, timely reporting.

The role emphasizes system optimization, data governance, and collaboration with HR and IT teams to improve workforce analytics and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with data analytics and HRIS data.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with HR processes (hiring, payroll, benefits) and data security.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes complex ad hoc and recurring HR data reports.
• Designs workforce reports to provide insights to HR and leadership.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity from HRIS sources.
• Secures confidential employee data and manages access controls.
• Maintains HR databases and writes efficient data queries.
• Supports year-end and compliance reporting.
