Township of Upper St Clair is seeking an experienced Human Resources System Coordinator to manage HRIS, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and records management in an on-site, full-time role.

The position supports HR operations, analyzes data, ensures compliance with laws, and collaborates with Payroll, Finance, and IT to maintain HR technology. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of HR experience are required, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and confidentiality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field and five years of progressively responsible HR experience; or Associate’s degree with seven years of experience.
• Experience administering HRIS platforms, HR databases, or enterprise systems is preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer, maintain, and support the Township’s HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security and accuracy.
• Coordinate HRIS updates, enhancements, testing, and new functionality.
• Assist in configuration and improvement of HRIS modules and workflows.
