Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services is seeking an HRIS Support Specialist in the Boston area. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The position offers a salary range of $52,500 to $62,500 per year with competitive benefits and a 401(k) match program.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in HR/HRIS and strong data confidentiality practices. Responsibilities include handling HRIS inquiries, maintaining employee data, and supporting system maintenance, training, and audits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or a related administrative, clerical or customer service
• Experience managing high-volume requests and handling confidential employee data
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data accuracy, and confidentiality requirements
• Familiarity with HRIS software, such as UKG and ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS-related inquiries via the shared HRIS mailbox and ensure timely responses or escalations
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HRIS team, including document management and meeting coordination
• Enter and update employee records in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in onboarding new HRIS users and coordinate HRIS training sessions
• Process unemployment, disability, and employment verification requests
• Support HRIS Analysts in data integrity and audit activities
