Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HR systems and data across the employee lifecycle, driving process improvements, reporting efficiency, and structured workflows.
• Lead and support the year-end compensation process, including data preparation, analysis, and partnership with HR and accounting teams on budgeting, accruals, and audits.
• Contribute to compensation surveys, performance management, training initiatives, and exploration of AI-driven efficiencies in HR processes.
• Collaborate across HR functions, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding, while supporting broader HR programs and initiatives.
