Job summary

CIEE is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HRIS, payroll, compensation, and reporting for a remote team in the United States or Canada. You will manage data audits, run HR analytics, and ensure data integrity across employee records.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of progressive HR experience in multinational settings, strong Excel and ADP Workforce Now skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years HR experience in multinational setting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced HRIS administration and employee data management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing HRIS data audits and maintain accurate employee, compensation, payroll, and org data.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reporting and analysis.
• Support compensation programs including salary administration and reporting.
• Support administration of sales incentive programs and plan maintenance.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR systems, payroll, compensation, and HR questions.
• Handle payroll and compensation information with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures and calendars.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and org changes.
• Support payroll and benefits teams during high-volume periods (Open Enrollment, year-end, merit increases).
