CIEE is a non-profit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization that transforms lives through international programs. The HR Generalist will support HR programs, payroll, data integrity, and reporting for Canada and the US in a remote-friendly setup.

Candidates should have 4+ years of HR experience, strong Excel skills, HRIS administration experience (ADP Workforce Now a plus), and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong HRIS administration and employee data management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, PivotTables, data validation, XLOOKUP.
• Experience running payroll and working with payroll platforms.

Mansioni

• Manage ongoing HRIS data audits and maintain accurate employee, compensation, payroll, and organizational data.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reporting and analysis.
• Support compensation programs, including salary administration and annual processes.
• Assist administration of sales incentive programs: assignments, documentation, reporting, payout files.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR systems, payroll, compensation, and HR questions.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
• Document and maintain SOPs, calendars, controls, and backup plans.
• Ensure data integrity of employee records and org changes.
• Support payroll and benefits during high-volume periods such as Open Enrollment and year-end.
