Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and generating all offer quotes; collaborating with Talent Acquisition Consultants to provide rationale and support effective candidate communication.
- Reviews and processes all Personnel Action Forms (PAF) for new hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HRIS requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Provides guidance to HR and hiring managers on the PAF process, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational standards.
- Implements earnings code changes tied to employee transfers, maintaining consistency with job classifications and pay policies.
- Administers changes to certification pay, ensuring timely adjustments aligned with company guidelines, and audits to ensure updates have been made.
- Manages and updates job descriptions for new roles, position changes, and internal postings to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Sets clear expectations and delivers training and resources to hiring managers and HR colleagues to drive accountability and process adherence.
- Maintains data integrity through close collaboration with HR leadership and consistent tracking, auditing, and reporting practices.
- Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists to drive consistency and improve outcomes across HR processes.
- Proactively participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the HR division.
- Partners with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely, accurate processing of compensation changes and job updates.
