GHP Management Corporation is seeking an HRIS/Benefits Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead HRIS, benefits administration, and leave of absence oversight while partnering with HR leadership on strategic initiatives.

You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, support open enrollment, and drive process improvements across HRIS and benefits functions. The role reports to the VP of HR and requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 3+ years HRIS/Benefits experience or HS Diploma plus 5+ years HR Generalist/Benefits in a large org.
• Proven ability to manage HRIS, benefits, leave of absence and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS/Benefits team and partner with HR/Leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment and COBRA processes.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, CFRA, ADA, ERISA, and related laws.
• Prepare reports and insights to inform business decisions.
