Delve Search & Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Benefits Manager in Los Angeles to lead benefits administration and regulatory compliance. You will oversee vendor relationships, renewals, reporting, and communications while supervising the Benefits team and coordinating with HRIS and Payroll.

The role requires a deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA/CFRA, with strong leadership and analytical capabilities. A senior HR professional will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Professional HR certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive benefits administration and total rewards experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs and leave.
• Lead annual benefits renewal, vendor selection and program design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA/CFRA and related laws.
• Supervise the Benefits team and partner with HRIS and Payroll for data transfer.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and reports; monitor utilization and costs.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers and third-party administrators.
