GHP Management Corporation is hiring an HRIS/Benefits Manager to guide HRIS strategy, oversee benefits enrollment, and manage leave administration. You will collaborate with leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize HRIS configurations across the organization.

The role requires strong vendor management, data analytics, and experience with Paycom or UKG in a dynamic, multi-site environment. Travel to property sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required or HS diploma with 5+ years of HR/Benefits experience.
• 3+ years HRIS/Benefits management experience in a large, complex org or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Paycom, UKG, or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS management and strategic optimization across the enterprise.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, vendor relations, and annual 401(k) audits; manage COBRA processes.
• Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, CFRA, PDL) and ensure regulatory compliance.
