Job summary

Calance is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst III to serve as a key technical resource for Oracle Cloud HCM modules. You will support upgrades, testing, and enhancements while partnering with HR and business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.

The role requires 5–7 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, Core HR and module expertise, and strong SQL/FAST FORMULA skills. This is a full-time, office-based position in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and modules including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Asana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and independently manage multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules across enterprise processes.
• Perform system maintenance, testing, implementation, and support for Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession, Performance, Absence, and HCM Analytics.
• Develop complex reports and queries using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence; create dashboards and scorecards to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with HR functional experts to define requirements and provide production support for issues, gaps, and upgrades.
• Apply in-depth Oracle Cloud HCM knowledge to identify process improvements and automate workflows using Fast Formulas, Flows, Value Sets, and HCM Extracts.
• Maintain data integrity and audit trails; stay current with new functionality and best practices.
• Develop user procedures and training materials; support adoption and participate in knowledge sharing.
