Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HRIS Administrator to manage and optimize ADP Workforce Now across the organization. You will implement PTO, accrual, and scheduling configurations and lead HR technology initiatives.

You will train HR colleagues, evaluate an ATS, and contribute to system enhancements that improve HR processes and employee experiences. Hybrid work arrangement in Montgomery County, MD is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Experience configuring and managing PTO, accruals, and scheduling modules.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations, enhancements, or ATS evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now across the organization.
• Implement and maintain PTO, accrual, and scheduling configurations within ADP.
• Identify opportunities to maximize HRIS functionality and improve efficiency.
• Train HR team members on ADP Workforce Now features and best practices.
• Evaluate and assist in selecting an ATS that aligns with organizational needs.
• Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as requested.
