Job summary

Patterson-UTI Management Services, LLC is seeking an HRIS Developer to deliver advanced analytics, enterprise integrations, and complex reporting on the Oracle HCM platform. This role leverages Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts to support HR initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

You will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions, improve data quality, and provide technical guidance while supporting audits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of systems, analytics, and reporting experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM and Oracle FDI.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise Fusion Data Intelligence datasets, data pipelines, metrics, and semantic models.
• Build advanced dashboards and analytics assets for workforce planning and operational insights.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex HCM Extracts for vendor feeds, payroll interfaces, and downstream apps.
• Collaborate with integration architects using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure file transfer methods.
• Create OTBI analytics and BI Publisher reports to support recurring HR, financial, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in data governance, quality, and documentation standards across HR data assets.
