Job summary

Trinity Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategic direction, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS stack. You will serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, ensuring data integrity and AI-enabled process improvements across the organization.

You will oversee HRIS implementations, dashboards, and audits, while guiding HRIS Analysts and driving adoption of digital HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business admin or related field required.
• Master's degree or HR technology certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 2 years in management.
• Hands-on experience administering an enterprise HRIS platform (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with HRIS implementations or large-scale system upgrades.
• Experience with HR automation, AI integration, data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system administrator for Oracle HCM and integrated HR applications.
• Manage configurations, workflows, security roles, and user access.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and release management with IT.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics; conduct data audits.
• Lead HRIS implementation and enhancement projects from requirements to go-live.
• Collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide end-user training and drive adoption of self-service tools.
• Supervise HRIS analysts and manage team priorities.
