Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) experience.
• 8+ years software development including design, coding, and implementation.
• Experience building integrations with OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with XML, JSON, and XSLT transformations.
• Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, Value Sets, and UDTs; knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Build and maintain end-to-end integrations using OIC and APIs.
• Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and data models.
• Configure Fast Formulas, Value Sets, and UDTs.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables.
• Perform testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support security releases and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship within the HCM Product Team.
