Job summary

Connecticut Children’s seeks an Oracle HCM Architect to lead hands‑on configuration, development, and integration of Oracle Fusion HCM within the HRIS team. You will implement modules, build HDL/HSDL templates, and develop REST/SOAP integrations with external systems to support HR operations and regulatory reporting.

You will design OTBI/BIP dashboards, manage security and quarterly updates, and partner with stakeholders to drive data accuracy and workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, HRIS or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in IT/HRIS or related field; equivalent experience may substitute for degree.
• Foundational Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications HCM Process Essentials certification.
• MS in CS or MBA in Technology Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, etc.).
• Develop and maintain formula-based calculations for benefits and absences.
• Create and manage HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses and dashboards.
• Build HDL/HSDL templates for bulk data load and migrations.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with third‑party systems.
• Configure Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) flows and connections for integrations.
• Administer Oracle HCM security, roles, and data access controls.
• Perform functional config including workflows, approvals, flexfields, and notifications.
