Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an HRIS/Workday professional to maintain and enhance the HRIS ecosystem, including HR, benefits administration, and compensation modules.

The role partners with HR, IS, and Payroll to analyze needs and implement changes that improve processes. The candidate will perform weekly Workday maintenance, ensure data integrity through audits, and support training across HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration.
• One or more years of Workday systems experience.
• Knowledge of Workday querying, data analysis, and testing.
• Some knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the HRIS system including HR, Benefits Administration, Compensation modules.
• Assist HRIS Manager and collaborate with HR, IS, and Payroll on system changes or enhancements.
• Perform weekly maintenance of all Workday modules and vendor interfaces/data extracts.
• Monitor HRIS data integrity via audits and reports with Benefits, IT, and Payroll teams.
• Prepare and execute tests for system modifications prior to implementation.
• Develop HRIS procedures manual and distribute changes to relevant teams.
