Job summary

Seyfarth is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Chicago to support Workday and Time Tracking, ensuring data accuracy and smooth data flow between HR and downstream systems. You will partner with HR, Finance and IT to deliver reporting, troubleshoot issues, and support annual HR cycles and system enhancements.

Key tasks include auditing HR data, maintaining system documentation, and executing mass data updates via EIB integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HR systems, including Workday (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, or reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data interpretation and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Audit data entries and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform recurring audits of key HR data fields for consistency.
• Support Workday-related configurations, security updates, and data mass updates via integrations.
• Assist with HRIS reporting requests and design efficient data delivery methods.
• Lead testing for system updates and enhancements and develop validation scripts.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on process improvements and projects.
