Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years supporting and administering UKG Pro/WFM (WFM)
• Broad UKG module experience (Pro, UTA, WFM) preferred
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for stakeholder communications
• Experience with HRIS operations focusing on data accuracy and improvement
• Understanding of HR processes, privacy, and security protocols
• Experience in diagnostics, audits, and process documentation
• Ability to advise on HRIS strategy, implementation, and optimization
• CAPM credential preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HRM, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Monitor HRIS data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries via ServiceNow ticketing system
• Generate reports and provide data insights for HR decisions
• Coordinate HRIS upgrades, configurations, and integrations
• Oversee user access, security controls, and privacy safeguards
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendors on system improvements
• Develop knowledge base for Tier 1/2 support
• Lead disaster recovery exercises with CISO coordination
• Prepare training materials and user documentation
• Maintain HRIS roadmaps and modernization plans
• Support deployment of HRIS hardware and software
