Job summary

Dart Solutions is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the technical expert for the UKG Pro WFM platform in Buellton, California. This position offers options for remote or onsite work in a dynamic environment with extensive interactions across departments.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of HRIS experience focusing on UKG Pro WFM, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role also includes strong project experience and a requirement for a Gaming License.

Qualifications

• Five years of HRIS experience with a minimum of three years of UKG Pro expertise.
• Strong background in Kronos systems preferred.
• Advanced computer proficiency utilizing reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for the UKG Pro WFM platform.
• Maintain configuration of UKG Pro and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other departments for data flow.
