Job summary

Blue Ridge Talent is seeking an HRIS Analyst with deep UKG Pro expertise to support configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of the UKG environment. This role spans HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, focusing on system configuration, business rules, reporting, integrations, data audits, and issue resolution.

The candidate will implement enhancements, maintain documentation, and stay current with UKG releases, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness across the platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with strong UKG Pro implementation.
• Experience configuring UKG business rules, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience supporting open enrollment, payroll-adjacent processes, and timekeeping.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, compliance, and reporting logic.
• Proven ability to manage high ticket volume while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro to support organizational needs.
• Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, security roles, org structures, locations, and tax updates.
• Maintain UKG landing pages for employees, managers, and administrators.
• Configure and support Document Management, People Assist, and self-service functionality.
• Configure and support Open Enrollment, life events, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain system documentation, guides, and SOPs.
• Serve as SME for UKG Pro and related HR technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with or without UKG Support.
• Coordinate system upgrades and integrations with minimal business disruption.
