Job summary

Fontainebleau Development LLC, based in Aventura, FL 33180, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage the day-to-day setup, administration, and optimization of the UKG system across sites. You will support employee records, onboarding, benefits, performance, and compliance, while ensuring data integrity and providing frontline HRIS support under the Senior Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications

1–3 years HRIS or HR administrative support experience.
Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS.
Proficient in Excel and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administration and user support for UKG HR modules across all sites.
Assist in maintaining system security roles, workflows, and configuration.
Safeguard confidentiality of敏 sensitive employee data and manage access.
Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HRIS modules and integrations.
Support system releases, patches, and new feature adoption; assist with testing and documentation.
Support Workforce Management configurations and labor tracking within UKG Pro.
Assist operations and HR teams in applying WFM configurations per business needs.
