Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR admin support, familiarity with UKG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, benefits, and compliance processes.
• Experience configuring HRIS modules and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and user support for UKG HR modules (Core HR, records, benefits, time & attendance, recruiting, onboarding, performance).
• Maintain system security roles and configuration standards under governance guidelines.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance through audits and data entry.
