• Serve as primary contact for troubleshooting HRIS issues.
• Maintain security roles and permissions per governance.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies and interface issues.
• Monitor integrations between HR systems and applications.
• Develop user guides and train employees on HR systems.
• Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and releases.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT on requirements.
