Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to administer and optimize its HR technology stack, including UKG Pro, iCIMS, and HaloITSM. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and IT to gather requirements, configure workflows, and drive system improvements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reporting, testing upgrades, and maintaining data integrity while ensuring security and compliance. A strong HRIS background and analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, CS or related field, or equivalent.
4+ years of experience supporting HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain HR technology solutions (UKG, iCIMS, HaloITSM).
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and IT to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
Configure workflows, security, fields, and reporting tools.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
Develop and maintain reports and data extracts.
Lead testing for upgrades, releases, patches, and new functionality.
Monitor data quality, security, and compliance across systems.
Create documentation and training materials for end users.
Support HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
