Job summary

TFI International is hiring an HRIS Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping systems across a large, multi-site organization. You will protect data integrity, support system enhancements, reporting, and security administration while partnering with payroll, HR, IT, and operations leaders to improve processes and user experience.

The role requires strong Excel and analytics, one to three years of HRIS experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems.
• Experience with ADP Vantage, Kronos, or similar platforms.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, advanced Excel.
• Experience with testing, security, audits, and production support.
• Understanding payroll processes, wage laws, and SOX controls.
• Experience in union environments and complex work rules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for payroll/HRIS configuration, security, workflows, and user access.
• Support system releases, testing, upgrades, and implementations across HRIS/payroll/timekeeping.
• Gather requirements and implement tech solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and maintain process docs, SOPs, training materials, and specs.
• Monitor integrations, workflows, security configurations, and business structures.
• Perform testing, audits, reporting, and data analysis for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations on payroll/HR tech initiatives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system/integration issues impacting payroll.
• Participate in special projects for payroll, HRIS, and workforce management enhancements.
