Saber Healthcare Group in Beachwood, OH is seeking an HRIS Analyst to lead HRIS implementations and configurations, driving improvements in HR processes and data management across the organization. You will build and maintain system interfaces with vendor systems and focus on data quality and reporting.

The role emphasizes data maintenance and analysis, serving as the HRIS data SME. This is a full-time, on-site position with strong benefits and growth opportunities in a multi-location healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
4+ years in an HRIS analytical role with data needs in compensation, benefits and training.
Experience supporting a distributed multi-location corporate model preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and configure HRIS implementations and module integrations.
Improve HR processes and manage HR data across the organization.
Maintain interfaces with vendor systems and ensure data quality and reporting.
Act as the HR systems data SME and support data analysis and maintenance.
