Job summary

You will document requirements, analyze processes, and implement enhancements to HRIS, payroll, and talent acquisition functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT from an accredited institution.
  • Progressively responsible HRIS experience with advanced queries.
  • Experience supporting HR, payroll, talent acquisition, or other HCM systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR best practices; OnBase/PeopleSoft HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional SME for HR systems and processes including HRIS, TA, performance, payroll, timekeeping, and electronic files.
  • Assist with new implementations and enhancements; provide end-user training and process improvement.
  • Act as primary security role coordinator.
  • Review and analyze HR processes; document workflows and requirements.
  • Lead process improvement projects and change management.
  • Design reports and HR dashboards; handle ad hoc data requests.
