Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting an enterprise HRIS (Dayforce preferred).
• Strong understanding of core HR concepts, payroll workflows and data structure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects independently from concept through execution while working in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Maintain and configure the HRIS system across core modules, including employee records, onboarding, document management, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting and timekeeping.
• System Support: Provide timely functional and technical support to end-users, manage the HRIS inbox/ticket queue, and collaborate with external vendor support to troubleshoot and resolve system or workflow issues.
• Integrations & Release Management: Monitor, test, and troubleshoot automated data feeds and third-party system integrations (e.g., benefits providers, payroll, ATS).
• Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and deliver standard, custom, and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, support compliance requirements, and inform business decisions.
• Security, Audits & Compliance: Administer HRIS user access and security roles in alignment with company policies and data privacy standards. Execute routine security and data audits to maintain data integrity and support SOX compliance or other regulatory audits.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SOPs to support system usability, operations, and cross-functional training.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Field and Center of Excellence teams to support cyclical HR processes and special projects.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned or required.
