Job summary

Edged Data Centers is seeking a Dayforce HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dayforce HCM system to improve business value, adoption, and operational efficiency. You will develop dashboards and advanced reports using Dayforce, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, while analyzing HR data to support decision-making and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

Experience with Dayforce configuration/implementations (CoreHR, API/Integrations, Advanced Benefits, Reporting, Recruiting).
Proficiency with Dayforce reporting tools; strong data analysis skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration with HR, Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Own or support Dayforce configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization.
Provide general and technical Dayforce support for HR staff and employees.
Analyze system performance and improve HR business processes and reporting.
Lead Dayforce releases, patches, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
Develop dashboards and reports using Dayforce, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Support HR audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
