Job summary

The HRIS Analyst at Lanco Group of Companies serves as the technical SME for HR information systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and performance across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. You’ll configure modules, maintain data, support integrations, and drive system optimization in partnership with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

You'll develop HR reports and dashboards, perform UAT and testing, and support regulatory and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS experience including system administration, configuration, and support.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, Oracle, SAP.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics skills.
• Experience with system integrations, data interfaces, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support HRIS modules, workflows, and security roles.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate vendor support as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee data and system integrity across platforms.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and process records.
• Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related questions and support.
• Support change management and system updates across the organization.
• Perform system testing and validation activities.
• Develop HR reports and dashboards.
• Assist with regulatory, audit, and compliance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Participate in system releases and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and support HR system integrations (Payroll, Benefits, LMS, Recruiting, Time & Attendance).
• Provide training and support to HR and business users.
